This beautiful song used to sing by Three Dog Night, was recorded on their 1970 album entitled It Ain't Easy. Elton John then came up with his own version and it was his first single to chart. 

This is the latest version by Elena Jane 'Ellie' Goulding, an English singer-songwriter. It's her biggest hit to date - Ellie's cover of Elton John's 'Your Song'.

Craving for salmon! nyumm²!

Mari kita bercerita pasal makan plak! Kelmarin trasa cam nak makan ikan salmon...Pi la cari dengan hubby dekat Manchester Market (bawah Arndell). Jumpak la 3 ketoi dalam satu plate, £4. Murah jgk tu compare to Tesco. Mahai nau kalau beli dekat Tesco.. Ikan² lain, sotong, scallop, kerang yang fresh² pun banyak dijual di situ. 

Bok balik...terus wat perapan dia and bake! Nindia resepinya...senang aje...

Bahan² marinate;

Sebatang serai

4/5 biji - Bawang merah

4 ulas - Bawang putih

½ inci - Halia

Perasa tambahan;

Sedikit lada itam

Sedikit garam

Sedikit jus lemon

Bahan² sos;

Sedikit air

Planta/Margerin/Butter

Lemon/Limau nipis

1. Blend bahan² marinate tu sampai hancus...untuk perasa tambahan, boh garam, lada itam dgn jus lemon sket secukup rasa...then marinate la ikan² tu...sejam pun cukup dah..Nak marinate lama lagi pun bulehh... :D
2. Dah cukup sejam, panaskan oven 325°C. Bakaq ikan tu sampai lembut. Kalau yang suka garing² tu, bakaq la lama sikit. Senang kata, ikut suka hati la nak bakaq lama mana pun. Tepuk dada tanya selera okeh!
3. Then sementara tunggu ikan duk tgh bakaq tu, boleh la prepare untuk sos dia pulak.. Bahan² sos td tu dipanaskan atas api yg sederhana. Stir sampai jadi pekat. 
4. Dah siap sos, terus tuangkan atas ikan² yang dah siap dibakar td. Panas² tu tuang trus.
5. Nak bagi cantik lagi, tabur spring onion yg da dihiris halus² atas hidangan td.
6. Siap! Dah buleh makan bersama nasi putih yg tgh berasap² lg.wahhh!

Senang kan? kan? Bahan² pun boleh ghobek² peti ais mesti suma dah ada..

Hasilnya...tadaaa...

My first NHS dating scan

Today I went for my very first dating scan with my beloved hubby at North Manchester Hospital, about five minutes away from our house. 

Wahhhh...I wuz speechless for few seconds when I saw our baby on the big screen! Aww comey sgt! XD

Che Omar apa lagi, sampai berdiri² die tgk budak ticit tu bergerak²... Memang tak reti duduk diam budak ticit tu selama kitorg scan tuh.. "Active tu...!" Bak kata my hubby..hehe..(sukalah dia dgn geng² buaih ni!) 

I bought a snap of him from the reception. £4.50 per picture. Nindia budak ticit yang tak reti duduk diam tu..jeng jeng jeng...

Duduk terbalik kuang, kepala duk bawah kaki duk ataih! hamboi² ! Besa nooo dia! 

First time scan, posture baby ni tak berapa bagus untuk disnap or even untuk dimeasure. Then, sonographer tu suggest minum few glasses of water and come back with hope that the baby akan berada dalam posture yang lebih baik. Thumbs up for their support so far. Diorg ni tak berkira langsung walaupun kita terpaksa ambil masa diorg lebih sikit. 

Hopefully, everything will work out just fine, insyaAllah... :)

Saya sudah pregnant!

Oh lupa pula nak share yang saya sekarang sudah pregnant...! Bunting pelamin org tua² ckp..hihihi..(org muda² tak ramai yang cakap begitu..)

Seronok....seronok! Sangat² seronok!  XD

Sudah masuk 3 bulan skrg ini. I am currently entering 2nd trimester of my pregnancy. Wahh...tidak sabar-sabar rasanya mahu tunggu budak ticit ini keluar. InsyaAllah kalau semuanya berjalan lancar, my due date will be on 20th Oct 2011. 

Macam² juga pengalaman since mengandung ini...such as....

1) Mahu makan macam² tidak hengat! Sudah la susah mahu cari di Manchester ni! Contohnya seperti.....

Nasik Ayam Kak Zee (yang dkt Zefee Alor Star tu)

Nasik Ulam yang Tok Embun selalu buat time bukak posa...ohh sgt sedap.... T__T

Laksa Johor (cait! mcm la org johor nak rindu laksa johor....gagagaga)

...tapi di Manchester ini hanya ada......

kebab dkt kedai pakistan

fish and chip kedai pakistan jugak

burger pun kedai pakistan......

ishh laaaa..... apa mahu buat, sudah kedai mekdonel itu tidak halal..sob..sob..terpaksa la saya tatap aje iklan Mcdonald yg mengoffer pelbagai jenis burger di kedai mereka. -_-"

~aarrhhh sudahlah BERANGAN...habis blog ini jadi blog resipi pula nanti..haishh... -_-"

2) Terjaga malam² itu sudah menjadi routine semasa..Fluffy temankan pergi washroom tiap² malam..(cheewah tidak mahulah sebut jamban! shhhh...tidak manis lah anies!)

Alamak...sila ignore pencahayaan tersebut..... 
Betul...Malam² pun Fluffy selalu buat macam ini..di tepi bath tub ini juga.

3) Penat, letih, lesu....etc etc...ini pun sudah mula menantok serta tersengguk²...huarggghhh... :O 

4) Selalu aje ditimpa sakit² seperti batuk, demam selsema, dan macam² sakit lagi...Sudah la cuaca di sini tidak menentu seperti mary goes round...Well, theoretically, sistem imunisasi semasa mengandung ini mmg kurang..

5) Bab emosi dan perasaan itu tidak perlulah nak cakap...cube anda tanya Fluffy..dia tahu sebab hari² kena mengadap tuan dia yang satu ini... (hello²...takde kes² dera okayyy)

BUT...

...itu masa mula2 pregnant lah...sekarang ini saya sudah masuk 2nd trimester... pregnancy sudah makin stabil insyaAllah...potensi untuk keguguran pun sudah kurang... :)

Esok saya ada date dengan encik spital for my 1st scan! Nanti saya upload gambar baby saya ini di dalam 1st scan dia ye.

I'm officially married!

Actually sudah lama peristiwa 'officially married' ini berlaku.. tapi hari ini baru tergerak hati mahu menulis.. (ohh sudah dkt 4 bulan lah tidak menulis di belog ini!) Tapi tak apelah..still mahu bercerita juga dlm belog yg tidak seberapa ini... akad nikahnya.. 27 Nov 2010..mari kita menjenguk gambaq-gambaq yg berkaitan dahulu ye...
